This is a superb first floor one bedroomed apartment situated very close to Puerto Banus.. Equipped and decorated to a high standard with air conditioning for the summer months and warm air for the winter time. The living/dining area is large and airy and has a dining table and chairs together with a comfortable sofa. There is Sky satellite television, stereo music system with disc play, tape decks and a radio tuner. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and all cooking/eating utensils. The bedroom has a double bed with side cabinets and is next to the bathroom which has a good size bath fitted with a shower overhead together with a sink, toilet and bidet.
The urbanisation has a large swimming pool situated in a well kept garden environment. The apartment is within very easy walking distance of the centre of Puerto Banus. Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
